everything went very well, the accommodations and the location were just what we wanted. Our interaction with the Amazing Views staff was very good and we would definitely use your company again.

Cabin was beautiful. Heater for pool did not work; called maintenance on 3rd day of stay, came promptly to repair & worked great after.

Beautiful house with great views. We didn’t have water when we first arrived but service was provided quickly.

Our family of 14 enjoyed every moment at The Lodge at Coopers Hawk. Plenty of room, clean home, fun times in the game room, pool and hot tub, beautiful view, privacy, quiet. Made 2 calls to replace a bulb in the projector in the movie room and it was fixed. Easy access to area entertainment. We really enjoyed our time together at this beautiful cabin. Hope to return in the future.

Very nice cabin. Great location. We saw a mama bear and cub from the back deck late one afternoon. It was a great experience.

It was a wonderful relaxing time. The house was perfect, and the view was incredible.

Beautiful clean and thoughtfully designed cabin. Comfortable furniture and great amenities. Very cheerful helpful staff. Cabin could use a pod coffee maker but that’s about all!

Amazing cabin. Everything we wanted

Everything went great except the shower head in the downstairs king bedroom never was replaced. Once maintenance came, he said he would come back the next morning to replace. Never came back Other than that, this cabin is amazing and everyone I spoke with was so kind, cheerful and helpful.

The house was amazing. It was the least stocked of any other Vrbo house we have stayed at.

Everything was wonderful!!!! The home was beautiful and large enough for our family. The amenities were top notch i.e. hot tub and pool. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing cabin and was very clean and spacious! Check in procedure was simple and convenient. Definitely would stay here again. Would highly recommend.

Loved the cabin. Since staying over the Thanksgiving holiday, it would have been beneficial to receive the email of what we should bring for our stay BEFORE we got to the cabin instead of a day later. Thankfully, we anticipated what we would need and packed everything with us from home. Inquiries ahead of time yielded vague responses.

The Lodge at Coopers Hawk was a great place to have a family vacation. We had a total of 7 adults and 7 grandchildren and they all had a wonderful time. The binder with the "things to do" in the area was a big help. I would suggest that a Smokey Moutains trail map in the book would be a big help.

Beautiful Beautiful cabin! My family and I loved it. Clean. Neat. Comfortable beds. The only thing I didn’t like Is that the grill wasn’t clean so we couldn’t grill and the kids room was on the bottom floor. Overall it was bomb. We are definitely coming back THIS YEAR!

Perfect getaway

Our family of 6 really enjoyed the cabin. The view was great; however, the real treat was the indoor heated pool and the movie room. The kids had a fantastic time. When we arrived the cabin was well cleaned. As an added bonus, the cabin can still receive InstaCart so you don't have to venture out for groceries.

Clean, comfortable and lots of fun. The only reason for not 5 stars are the condition of the hot tub - seemed a little dated for the rest of the cabin and not super sure how clean it was. Other than that - awesome house!!

Check in check out process super easy. House is perfect for guests including kids ages 7 to 17.
