Poolin Paradise

The only thing to have made it better would be to have a gas grill present to grill burgers or steaks.

The cabin was perfect for a family with kids of all ages. The arcade was used constantly along with the pool table. The pool was used each day, sometimes 3-4 times as well as older adults enjoying the hot tub . We had an early Thanksgiving weekend with all the trimmings and it was perfect. I would recommend this cabin along with the efficiency of the Smokey Mountain Timber top company as well

The house was very nice, and clean. The kids and adults loved the pool and theater room. There was plenty of space for the 21 guest that stayed here. It was in a great location 20 minutes outside of Gatlinburg. The only thing is they need more silverware to accommodate the larger groups.

Very nice, clean and comfortable cabin for our family vacation. The younger set especially loved the game room, pool and hot tub. Ease of checking in was great. Only suggestion is direction to get there - let guests know to turn at the maranatha rock!

All around fantastic experience. Property was great, exactly as described. Had one issue with wifi that was our fault and property management helped us figure it out asap. Could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. Will definitely come back.

This was our second cabin renting from you guys and the cabin was great. There were somethings that need updating such as coffee maker, the street address isn’t on Am way drive, refrigerator needs updated. Maybe some chalk for pool sticks. Nothing crazy. Overall we enjoyed our experience the amenities were great.

Our family had a wonderful getaway

Poolin Paradise is the real deal. This is our ninth cabin rental and Poolin Paradise’s hot tub actually worked; the pool was not freezing; and ALL the games worked! Everyone loved their time at the cabin. Finally, a cabin that delivers what it promises!

Our family really enjoyed all the features the cabin offered. We had a great time!

East check in and out. Location was good. Cabin was perfect size for our five families.

We called shortly after we arrived for maintenance. It still wasn’t completed at 5pm the following night. I called customer service again. Each time they were very nice. The last time everything was corrected. We’ll be back. Customer service is nice, the cabins are absolutely great.

To explain our trip and how important it was I would like to give you a quick background. We have 4 children,their spouses and 8 Grandchildren from age 13 to 3 month and 2 /14 years old Yorkies. We are spread out over 2 states and jobs working day, afternoon and night shift. Knowing this explains why this March trip was our Family Christmas. This was our gift to all our Children and it was AMAZING. I spoke many times with Karen in Timber Top office and she was so sweet and easy to work with. The cabin is beautiful, beds are so comfortable with high quality mattresses and pillows. The pool and hot tub are awesome and both were warm and ready to use. I can not stress how clean both, pool and hot tub was. We had basic supplies as promised. The kitchen is fully stocked and they have a great grill you can use and we did. Bathrooms had plenty of towels but if you run out they offer a very nice washer and dryer. The picture does not do the theater room justice, it is so much nicer than the picture shows,. The TV is very large. The game room was a hugh success with the young and old. All of our children and grandchildren ask us to please do this again next year but with one change, they want to stay longer. The only thing I found that the cabin needed was outside seating, on both the front and back deck. We are already planning our next Christmas trip for 2020, Thank you Timber Top for running the 1 day special also. Janey James

Someone always answered when I called office. Very receptive to any issues and did their best to resolve them. Extremely pleasant!
