Our stay was amazing! You met our needs immediately with whatever concerns we had. Very attentive to our needs and always pleasant to speak to in the main office. The cabin was well-prepared which made our stay for the week wonderful! Will definitely stay again!

Our stay was a first-class, amazing experience! We stayed in this same home in May of this year. We noted a couple of repairs needed back in May, communicated those to you, and discovered both of the issues had been repaired. That's impressive, and it speaks highly of the care and commitment you make to ensuring all visitors have a nice stay. We will continue to return to his property as it has become our home away from home.

Everything was great. Some minimal miscommunication at the beginning (didn’t receive the copy of DL I sent, and also received two different check-in instructions). That said, both issues were easily corrected or clarified and the staff were very helpful both times.

While staying at Adventure 360 on the Summit, we felt like royalty. This house is spectacular. We loved everything about it--the location, the space, the amenities, the comfortable furniture and beds, the spacious bathrooms, the landscaping, and the view of the mountains. We discovered a few things that need attention, but none of them were major. If it was our house, we could take care of them quickly. Please tell the owners they have a beautiful home, and we appreciate the opportunity to have stayed there. We treated it as if it were our own.

Great time! Cabin was everything and more!!

Adventure 360 is the best house! Spacious, comfy & the kitchen is tops!!! Had friends & family stay & had blast with pool table & relaxing hot tub & the grill was excellent condition!! AND got to see a jr. bear in the side yard! Views of Mt. LeConte & Clingmans Dome are beyond spectacular! We will return!!!!

Super vacation

Everything went so smoothly from the great agent ( Angie ) who helped me book it, to the time we left. The only thing that was a little miscommunication was I was told I would be called with the code to enter the property. I never received that call. I finally called and was given the code right away. It made me wonder if I could have called sooner and got the code instead of sitting around waiting. The house and the views were amazing! Glad we booked with you!

The cabin we stayed at was beyond amazing! Everything was very clean, well stocked and staff were super friendly and helpful any time I called. We have stayed with Timber Tops before and will do so again in the future! Thanks for helping to make our family vacation so wonderful.

The accommodations were even better then the pictures showed. Our family came from all over to unite and spend some much needed time together. Everyone had their own space and there was good group space and being able to eat together was just wonderful!

This was a beautiful place to have a family vacation. The supplies provided were more than adequate, and the home and environs were just stunning. Everyone agreed that it was the best vacation yet . We did not use the hot tub because the weather was just too warm, but it is a nice amenity to have. The beds were wonderful! I wanted to thank you for taking care of the bees and hornets...also to let you know that they are building a new nest on the outdoor portion of the fireplace, towards the top.We would really like to come back.
