Great cabin, clear instructions

The cabin was wonderful for our 4 generation family vacation. Also loved the community playground. Thank you so much.

Customer service was second to none! We have thoroughly enjoyed every Timber Tops cabin we have stayed in!

Great cabin. Accommodated our 19 family members in comfort. Adequate parking for five vehicles. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, utensils and dishes to accommodate cooking for the whole crew. This is our second year renting this cabin and we will rent again.

We were very happy with our stay. Would have been nice if each bedroom had its own bathroom and if there was enough seating for all 24 to eat at once but besides that, everything was good.

We loved everything about our stay!! We wouldn’t attempt that mountain in a church bus again though! The rooms were great, plenty of TV’s, the decks are awesome!! Will definitely return!!

We had a great stay with 20 of our family members. The view was spectacular! The guys enjoyed the pool table. Will stay again if we ever get to come back as a family! Love it!

Pleasing, well-stocked cabin with great Mountain View. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is an exceptional place for a large family or couples to stay. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the house was stocked. The SIX bedrooms were large and had everything we needed. There was also a very private loft with bunk beds and media room. The location was private but super close to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The VIEW was beautiful with plenty of porch space for relaxing. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Exceeded expectations. The view was amazing. The kitchen was equipped with every imaginable cooking apparatus times 10. The staff was available and prompt to come out and resolve the jacuzzi not working. I would highly recommend this company and in particular the Majestic Mountain Lodge if your party is 10 or greater. Beautiful doesn't begin to describe this lodge. What a great family vacation. We did nothing but relax in our cabin. Thank you!

loved the location, and the view and the outside patio area were awesome! The cabin living area was smaller than we would have wanted, but bedrooms were fine, other than the one TV that was missing a cable, so not working, and the broken toilet seat.

We love renting a cabin from Timber Tops. The customer service is great (especially Angie) and all questions and inquires were handled in a friendly and professional manner. It was a pleasant and stress-free experience from making the reservation to express check in/check out.

Our visit was absolutely amazing! The cabin was spectacular and well stock with everything you need. We really felt safe and was able to enjoy our family during the time that we are living in with the COVID-19 issue. The staff was friendly and so helpful! ! We can’t wait to come visit again!

Relaxing

The cabin was very nice! It was clean, had plenty of kitchen accessories. Had plenty of space for everyone to eat and sleep. Everyone enjoyed the games at the cabin! The view was amazing! Also the check in and check out was very easy with no extra time wasted going by the office.

The staff were lovely and the cabin perfect for our group!

Our stay at Majestic Mountain Lodge was wonderful. The road into the resort and up to the cabin was wide and not as narrow as other roads in the area. The cabin had a beautiful view and was close to the main Parkway in town. We've been coming to a Timber Tops cabin for Thanksgiving for close to 8 years and plan for many more stays.

The cabin was everything we expected and more.

The cabin was great clean when we arrived except in the third bedroom there was a dirty towel on the bed post and someone's sock at foot of the bed other than that every thing was good tv remotes were all in wrong rooms downstairs but we figure that out

Perfect cabin for large families! Plenty of space to relax and do your own thing if there’s several families. Game room and theater space was fun for all ages. Beautiful view of the mountains and cabin location was close to everywhere we wanted to go.

We had an amazing weekend celebrating my husband’s 40th Birthday. Timber Tops has always been a great rental company. The property was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Perfect for our group of friends.

Wonderful! We had everything we needed right in our cabin, we had 19 people in our group so having as many dishes cutlery and kitchen supplies as we did was great. We had an issue with our hot tub and it was very quickly fixed after a phone call. My only complaint would be having toilet paper and paper towels included other than that we cant wait to go back again it was awesome and the views were breathtaking.
