Everything was nice and it is a beautiful home. My first time being there. View was breathtaking.

The cabin was great and it was enough space for everyone. Our family size 26 adults and 13 children. The family loved the movie theater, especially the children for movie night. The staff was very helpful when we called guest services.

We had some a few issues when we arrived but the customer service and response time was excellent.

The cabin was perfect! We had one minor maintenance call and the technician was there nearly immediately.

The cabin was neat and clean. The view was amazing. The folks in the office were always friendly.

Excellent accommodations, appreciated the early check-in and ease of check-in and check-out. The space was just perfect for our very large family group and the view from the home was spectacular. Would have been convenient to have the address and check-in information sent before the day of arrival. We had family members joining from various parts of the country, and was difficult to coordinate and pass along the pdf of locations the day of.

We had a great time! Only issue that couldn't be fixed was one of the ovens didn't work and had to be unplugged because it kept beeping every few minutes with the code F7 over and over again. The maintenance person came out on Sunday and wasn't able to fix it. The people at the office I spoke with we amazing and helpful, we'd definitely stay again. Thank you!

First time user of TImber Tops Rentals. Reservation process was handled quickly and easily, no issues at all. Staff was helpful in making sure we chose the right cabin. Found the cabin to be exactly as advertised and in really good shape, very clean. Had one issue while we were there and someone showed within 2 hours to fix the issue. Easy checkout. Had a great experience and hope to use Timber Tops again!

Everything was beautiful and the cabin was clean and nice. Everyone loved sitting outside in the rocking chairs. LOVED THE CABIN!!!

Amazing stay

The cabin was amazing!

The home was excellent. Equipped with everything you need. We went with 23 guest and and were able to spread out and enjoy the home. No one had any complaints. 2 suggestions: Spider Webb’s in the top of some showers, 1 broke door, and the bed room that includes fire place is see through into the living room. There should be a way to cover that for guest who are staying and that room and requires privacy. Thank you, Bionca

The cabin was great and had everything we needed for our stay. Enough linens and things for 30 people, so that was a plus! We had no problems and enjoyed our trip!

Had large (36) family celebration & found the Lodge a great place. Loved the beautiful view & sunset . Enjoyed our time with lots of activities nearby. The new swimming pool was Great & a short distance walk but we didn’t realize it was open until later in the week. Few minor issues.

Cabin was just right for our large group. Reservation process was very easy. Liked the convenience of everything being able to be completed electronically. Each time I spoke with someone on the telephone regarding our reservation, they were very pleasant and helpful.

Stay was perfect. House was amazing, all families had a blast! We’ll be back

When we had an issue with our surround sound in the theater, the maintenance men were relentless in making sure it worked properly!

We had a very good time and everything we just great, When there was a problem you came to fix it.

Fabulous...my whole family stayed under 1 roof and for an entire weekend and we had a blast!!! There was something for everyone at every age/stage.

Had a very large group (61 individuals including children), the space was large enough to accommodate everyone needs!! Loved the kitchen and dinning room space.

Response to issue with air conditioning -excellent. Response to Internet not working-excellent. Even through cabin was older it was very clean and spacious. Theater was excellent. Only complaint is the trees out front. They need to be cut - they block a beautiful view

We had a few issues with stove not clean and causing fire and TVs had no directions and were not in working order. The service provided to repair these issues were excellent and garbage pick up was excellen The stair case is winding and not appropriate for luggage and going to each floor. It should have stated how hard it is to get to each floor. An elevator or wider staircase should be installed. Also renter should be told the location is at the top of the mountain. Jennifer and Brian were excellent!

The accommodations were clean and roomy, the staff at the rental center made everything work out after a small glitch in the reservation. Definitely will be returning.

House was very clean and ready when we arrived. Spacious bedrooms with bathrooms in each was nice. Our favorite part was huge kitchen, dining and living room where we could all be together.

Though some parts of the cabin could use some maintenance, we were generally very satisfied with the facilities.

Overall the cabin was spacious and comfortable. The television systems worked well for our needs, and the games provided were great. We did have some mechanical issues while staying: one of the oven doors was broken, one of the dishwashers didn't work, the water went out one night, and the power went out the next. To boot, one of the refrigerators leaked, so we had to put down towels. Finally, I had called ahead to make sure the wifi was in working order; when we arrived, we discovered that you had to be right on top of the router to get any signal. Because we were using this house for meetings, we needed wifi. Luckily, the technician was able to get it fixed. For everything we reported, the response time was great, we just wish we didn't have to report so many items that did not work.

We enjoyed the property immensely. Small details need some attention such as only one cue for the pool table and a very inadequately stocked kitchen.

Other than a toilet seat loose, a clogged bathroom sink, and a loose railing, everything was great. We loved the cabin, and would like to stay there again.

Disappointed that the 15 bedroom we stayed in did not have a view of the mountainside. However, we were overall pleased with the actual cabin. It met our needs as a group so all was well!

Working with you personally was great. Loved the location and house. There were some issues in the house that prevents 5 stars. The space and beds were wonderful. The couches and plumbing were terrible. In fact, so bad, that it would be hard for us to to return for retreat purposes. And the stairs were a shock. Felt that should have been advertised.

Great experience for a marriage retreat. Couches were uncomfortable and old but everything else was beautiful!

I am a corporate event planner and reserved the cabin for a business meeting. I was not present, but did receive feedback from the group using the cabin. They were very pleased with the accommodations and the venue worked very well for their meeting.

We had great time in the cabin. The cabin was pretty neat.
