Cabin was ready by 4 pm. Office staff was very kind and helpful.

Excellent cabin! Had a wonderful vacation with the family. Wanted you to know that Karen is fantastic!! Also, the thermostat upstairs does not work (or at least it wasn't for us).

We had two emergencies where some people had to leave early but all in all it was nice very clean plenty to do. The only issue we had was several people were having trouble calling out using their phone. Maybe a booster added would do well it was one of the best places we’ve been to. We have done this several times And we will use you again. We may even use the same cabin again. Thank you. I did try to call when we left but again the reception was pretty bad and then it started raining pretty bad.

My family and I were pleased with our stay. The property was clean and tidy. It exceeded our expectations.

Assistance with booking and prior to check-in service with questions were excellent. Prompt on-site service was good except for garbage pick-up. Arcade games were excellent. Cabin was excellent except for: spa and fire table need fixing, and some kind of fencing needs to be added to basketball court to prevent ball from going over into woods and net shouldn’t be located by windows. Thank you!

The reservation process, along with check in instructions and check out directions were made very clear and communicated in a timely fashion. Our concerns were handled immediately.

Response was good when we had a issue with the door lock to the pool room.

From start to finish, it was easy to set-up, pay and enjoy the best cabin I have ever been in. The details are endless and the amenities are outstanding. Sitting next to the waterfall was a pleasant suprise. The movie theater was brilliant. I do suggest a surround sound system. The rooms were rustic and there was no need to leave the cabin other than to shop for food. A++++++++

The home was beautiful!! Beds were comfy and the kids had a blast!

THE CABIN WAS AWSOME THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT THE REFRIDGERATOR WAS TOO SMALL FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WE HAD THERE WERE 16 PEOPLE AND WE HAD TO PUT DRINKS AND ICE

This cabin was fantastic and the customer service was amazing. We are already talking about planning a cabin trip again next year at the same spot. The pictures do not do it justice on VRBO, it was way better than we were expecting! The only notes for improvement I would make are: having a binder with directions to operate all the amenities. The only things we had go wrong were that we couldn’t find the remote for the electric fire place and the pool chemicals were so strong they were making our eyes water. We emailed the company wit questions and they got back to us so quickly and even had someone come out that day! I would recommend this cabin to anyone!!
